We welcome children here in Mid Torfaen and see them as a full part of the church today not just the future. We want children and families to feel comfortable, cherished and part of our services. Many of our churches have children’s areas in the church which can be used during services as well as family-oriented services.
We hold lots of different events catered to babies, children, youth and families and our clergy have strong links with the local schools. From mother and toddler groups and Crafty Church, to school choir evenings and summer fayres, we’re striving to offer more to our communities’ families.
Throughout all these activities, we make sure to adhere to stringent DBS and safeguarding checks so our churches can be safe spaces for all.

‘Little Angels’ Mother and Toddler Group – every Monday 1pm-2:30pm
St Oswald’s, Sebastopol
Crafty Church – every Friday 6:30pm
